Church Business Ministry

Gdirect conducts four to six 2-hour events on or near your campus during the ministry year. These events emphasize the following:

• Growing business leaders towards an understanding that God is the true owner of the business
• Practical business teachings and principles that can immediately be utilized
• Doing business based on biblical principles
• Biblical conflict resolution (Matthew 18)
• Scriptural leadership
• Business stewardship and community development
• The power of using their time, talents and resources to build God’s kingdom through their local church
• Weekly challenges go out to these business leaders that tie back into what they learned at the events
• The seminar instructors include well known Christian authors and presenters

Our goals are to provide structure to the businesses so that they can:

• Develop their Strategic/ Business plan with annual updates
• Ensure successful implementation and change
• Build and sustain a high performing business that utilizes their resources for the glory of God

The series has been designed to provide businesses with biblically based training and planning. Events will provide businesses with a structure for improvement and change as well as the opportunity to network and learn with other businesses within the church.

Gdirect also partners with Peacemaker Ministries with the structure of conflict resolution procedures and training.
